isn't it easier to avoid them all together :-)

I find more an more people that have things in common get along.
If you like movies you'll probably get along with other movie goers
If your a redsocks fan you probably wouldn't do so good sitting on the
side of the yankees

Probably because it is late here and I should really be in bed…but can you clarify for me the difference between both aspects of your answer?  Sorry.  A little slow on the upload this evening.

Well, everyone judges. If anyone says that they don't judge people.. they are lying because everyone judges.. weither you judgement is good or bad.. its still a judgement.. So there is no way I cannot judge.. but I can stop myself from passing judgement. Just because some one seems nice and I judge them as nice doesn't m ean they are and Just because some one seems not so savory doesn't mean they really are.

So what I mean is that I judge people.. but I don't hold them to my judgement. I don't catagorize them.

get it?

I now understand where you are coming from.

Thank you.

An example from the practice of certain meditation that may / may not relate to what we are speaking of.

When thoughts arise, we are aware that they arise.  We observe them, but attach no significance to them; neither good nor bad.  Thoughts just are.

Through this practice, all that arises “just is”.
